Channels of grace

The Sacraments

Christ instituted the sacraments as efficacious signs of grace. We would be honored to help you receive them.

Baptism

Baptism is the gateway to life in the Spirit and the door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as children of God.

Contact the parish office to schedule a baptism and a preparation session for parents and godparents.

Confirmation

Confirmation completes baptismal grace, strengthening the baptized with the special gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Preparation is offered through our religious education program each year. Contact the parish office to enroll.

Holy Eucharist

The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life — the Body and Blood of Christ truly present under the appearances of bread and wine.

First Communion preparation is offered through our religious education program. See our Mass times to join us.

Reconciliation

In the Sacrament of Penance we receive God's mercy and are reconciled with Him and with the Church.

See our confession times, or contact the parish office to arrange a time with a priest.

Anointing of the Sick

Through this sacrament, the Church commends to the suffering Lord those who are gravely ill or advanced in age.

Call the parish office any time. For emergencies, ask for the priest on call.

Matrimony

In marriage a baptized man and woman form a covenant of the whole of life, ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of children.

Contact the parish office at least six months before your intended wedding date to begin preparation.

Holy Orders

Holy Orders is the sacrament through which the mission Christ entrusted to His apostles continues in the Church.

If you sense a call to the priesthood or diaconate, speak with our pastor or the diocesan vocations office.

Funerals

The Church accompanies her children at the end of their earthly pilgrimage, commending them to God in the funeral rites.

Contact the parish office; we will walk with your family through every arrangement.
